# Manage webhook endpoints

You manage webhook endpoints from the wamo web app. You can add more than one endpoint, for example to send the same events to different systems.

> **Note**
>
> Webhooks are available to selected wamo business accounts. If you don't see the webhook settings, contact wamo support.

## Create an endpoint

#### Open webhook settings

Log in to the wamo web app, go to **Settings**, and select **Webhooks**.

#### Add an endpoint

Create a new endpoint. Enter a label that helps you recognize it, and the URL where wamo should send events. The URL must use HTTPS and be publicly reachable.

#### Subscribe to events

Choose the events this endpoint should receive, for example `transaction.status_changed`. wamo only sends the events you subscribe to.

#### Copy the signing secret

Open the endpoint to view its signing secret. You need this secret to [verify webhook signatures](/webhooks/verify-signatures).

## Signing secrets

Each endpoint has its own signing secret. Signing secrets follow the Standard Webhooks format: they start with `whsec_`, followed by a base64-encoded key.

> **Warning**
>
> Treat the secret like a password. Store it in a secret manager or environment variable and never commit it to source control or expose it in client-side code.

## Update an endpoint

To change an endpoint's URL, label, or event subscriptions, go to **Settings** > **Webhooks** and open the endpoint. The signing secret stays the same when you update an endpoint.

## Disable or delete an endpoint

* **Disable** an endpoint to stop deliveries for a while. Events that occur while the endpoint is disabled are not delivered to it.
* **Delete** an endpoint to stop deliveries permanently.
